About Netanya Lewis
Netanya Lewis is a speaker, trainer, author, and founder of I.A.M Digital. She helps entry level, seasoned professionals and organizations strengthen identity, build confidence, and grow with clarity. Her work spans leadership development, youth empowerment, professional development, digital strategy, and community impact.
She serves as the Committee Chair for the Young Professionals Network of the Melville Chamber of Commerce and the Committee Chair for the NAACP Youth & College Division. Recognized as a 30 Under 30 honoree and a Nassau County–certified MWBE, she partners with schools, nonprofits, and organizations across New York State.
Netanya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Syracuse University and is currently completing her Master’s in Human Resource Management at Stony Brook University (graduating May 2026).
